Thrilled to announce that our team – WattWizards has emerged as a finalist for the Energy in Emerging Markets Case Competition for graduate programs, in partnership with Duke University – The James E Rogers Energy Access Project and Okra Solar.

Considering this was our first case competition ever, which started even before we had met each other on the Cambridge MBA programme, the journey has been nothing short of incredible. It was filled with interesting ideas, long exhausting (but fun!) brainstorming sessions, late-night submissions and also a bit of chaos. Each member of the MBA team brought a unique set of skills to the table, and the synergy we achieved is what made this possible.

A huge shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Duke Member, Marla Harvey, and Okra Solar for organising this competition, that allowed us to showcase our passion and ideas. The graduate program’s case competition has not only been a learning experience but also an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who share our enthusiasm for addressing real-world challenges.

As we celebrate this achievement, we look forward to the next steps in our MBA journey, fueled by the inspiration gained and lessons learned.

The WattWizards Team – Sumanyu Sharma, Shreethi Srirama, Kenji Niwa, Kenichiro Kaneko.
